M. Duyen Le

Chief Financial Officer, Principal

Ms. Le has extensive experience in financial reporting and investor communications, administering the partnership accounts, analytical work and transaction modeling, and wide ranging general office administration. Ms. Le has worked as Chief Financial Officer with Messrs Sangalis & Rice at RSTW Partners and its predecessor entities beginning in 1994. She left the Firm in 2000 to become Chief Financial Officer of MD Serve, Inc., an operating company, where her numerous responsibilities included strategic planning and corporate budgeting. Ms. Le subsequently returned to the firm in 2001. Ms. Le also has experience in tax preparation and consolidated financial reporting from Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers) and TeleCheck Services, Inc. Ms. Le is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas-Austin in 1991.
