Darl A. Petty

Mr. Petty has been with Capital Point Partners since its inception. Prior to Capital Point Partners, and since 1997, Mr. Petty worked with Messrs. Sangalis and Rice at RSTW Partners and its predecessor entities. While there, Mr. Petty played an integral role in closing transactions and leading in the management of the firm's existing investments. Previously, Mr. Petty was a Vice President with Chase Manhattan Bank in the Commercial Banking Department and then subsequently the Chase Global Oil & Gas Department. His responsibilities included managing a portfolio of a variety of highly active middle market companies encompassing all aspects of commercial banking, as well as the development of new middle market customer relationships. His experiences in banking and with RSTW Partners have involved extensive analytical assignments and due diligence. Mr. Petty received a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University in 1992.
