Jeff Sangalis and Don Rice, Capital Point Managing Partners, have been investing together since 1987, originating more than 70 mezzanine transactions with aggregate investment values in excess of $1 billion. Through their independently owned predecessor entities, Capital Point's Managing Partners are among the oldest, most experienced, and established groups of mezzanine investors in the United States. Mr. Alfred Jackson, also a Capital Point Managing Partner, has over 20 years investment experience with public money management firms, most recently as a principal with Davis Hamilton Jackson & Associates, an institutional public equity and fixed income investment firm with $4 billion under management.
