Subordinated Debt; equity to a lesser extent.
Investment Sizes
Generally $5-$20 million.
Transaction Types
Buyouts, recapitalizations and refinancings, mergers and acquisitions, and growth/expansion.
Industries
Wide variety. No real estate or oil & gas exploration.
